1. Who we are
Abaxys Tech LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company with its headquarters at 1451 South Elm - Eugene Street, Suite #2009, Greensboro, NC 27406, USA, and an engineering and delivery center at Cactus Corporate Coworking, Tecci Park, #173, Block B, OMR, Sholinganallur, Chennai 600119, India.
In this policy, “Abaxys”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Abaxys Tech LLC. “You” refers to anyone visiting our website or engaging with us as a prospective or existing client.

2. What we collect
We collect three categories of data:
(a) Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our website (Contact, Discovery Call, newsletter signup, careers application), we collect what you provide — typically name, work email, company, optionally a message or résumé.
(b) Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, and approximate location (country / region). Cookies and similar technologies are described in section 6.
(c) Information we receive from third parties. If you book a discovery call through a scheduling tool, that tool shares your booking details with us. If you apply for a role through a third-party job board, that board shares your application with us.
We do not collect special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious) through the website. If a service engagement requires us to process such data on your behalf, that processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA), not this policy.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for under a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- To send you updates you have explicitly opted into (newsletter, product announcements). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To run and improve our website (analytics, error tracking, performance).
- To recruit for open roles you have applied to.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
4. Tools and processors we use
We use a small set of third-party processors to run our website and business. Each processor only receives the data it needs to do its job.
- Hosting and CDN: Vercel, AWS (CloudFront, S3, ECS Fargate)
- Email: Amazon SES, Google Workspace
- Scheduling: Calendly
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4
- CRM and outreach: HubSpot
- Error tracking: Sentry
This list is updated when our stack changes. The current list is the authoritative one — earlier versions are kept in our internal changelog.
5. Where your data lives
Data is stored in the United States, the European Union, and India, depending on which processor handles it. Where data leaves the EU or UK, we rely on the relevant standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and our processors’ approved transfer mechanisms.
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer retention is legally required. Engagement data (contracts, invoices) is retained as long as required by tax and accounting law in the relevant jurisdiction.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:
- Access — ask what data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Portability — ask for an export of your data.
- Objection — object to certain types of processing.
- Withdrawal of consent — for any processing based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@abaxystech.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
EU and UK residents: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents: you have the rights described in the CCPA / CPRA. We do not “sell” or “share” your personal information as defined by those statutes.
India residents: you have the rights described in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
8. Children's data
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact hello@abaxystech.com and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data — encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where the storage layer supports it, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we discover a breach affecting your personal data, we notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email; less material changes are reflected by updating the date.
